Opaque rubber belt. stretches over the pulleys at the back of the dryer. Belt can stretch over time or can break. If stretched this causes the dryer to take longer to dry clothes.Fits virtually all models of Simpson, and some early Kelvinator and Westinghouse, also known as B017 & 0198001022K.
Only 1 tool required, Philips head screwdriver. Before replacing ensure POWER is OFF…
• Remove the plastic cover at the back
• Remove old belt
• Fit new belt, will need to be stretched to fit, this is normal as needs to be tight.
• Re-fit plastic cover, re-connect power & use as normal
